Guidelines While Driving Inside SRS Residency premises

Follow up guidelines to be followed strictly by all Residents, Vendors, and Guests etc. for each category of vehicle: The guidelines are as follows-

1. Always drive your vehicle inside the condominium within prescribed speed limit i.e. 20 km/h. In case, anybody found driving the vehicle at higher speed, a penalty of Rs.500/- will be imposed.
2. Use indicators while taking turns.
3. Avoid the use of cell phones while driving.
4. Let the pedestrian cross the driveways first.
5. While driving in the basement, use the headlights with low beam.
6. Avoid the use of sunglasses in the basements while driving
7. Please ensure the kids are not driving the vehicles. The driving learning activities are strictly prohibited inside the condominium.
8. Be extra careful while taking out the vehicle from parking bays. Always look for other vehicle coming before taking start.
9. Please don’t drink and drive. In case attending any late evening function, always opt for driver
