FIT OUT Formalities & Guidelines

The fit-out formalities are as follows:

1. Authorisation mail from owner side.
2. Authorisation mail for Vendor/Interior.
3. Modification plans to be submitted for further approval from the SRS RWA.
4. Mandatory – Any material going out and coming in, a Mail needs to be sent from the Registered Mail ID to Estate Manager.
Fit out guidelines:
1. Work Permit form to be filled up and is only valid for a month.
2. Work is allowed from 10:00 AM till 06:00 PM
3. Silent hours are from 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM
4. Labour entry starts from 09:00 AM onward and vehicle movement allowed from 10:00 AM onward.
5. Work is not allowed on Holidays and Sunday.
6. Please make sure doors must close while working inside the apartment.
7. All the scrap is disposed of by your worker outside the condominium.
8. Make sure all the drains of the washroom & Kitchen are covered while working to avoid blockage of the drain.
9. Residents would be liable if any damage occurs at the time of interior work.
10. Ensure service lift or Staircase is used by the worker.
11. No welding work would be permitted without approval by Estate Manager.
12. Resident material to be kept inside the apartment only.
13. No modification would be allowed for the electrical points, plumbing point.
14. No changes would be allowed on façade areas, balcony glasses, ceilings, main door & lobby area near main door.
15. Common area should be kept clean all the time & no scrape to be left over on the floors.

NOTE: If any issues come up in future whether in your apartment due to the changes made in the above, you will be responsible for all the costs to be incurred for rectification.
