Lift Guidelines

⦁ In case of Power Failure, please do not panic. The lift is equipped with an Automatic Rescue Device which gets activated immediately in case of Power Failure. The life car will go to the nearest floor and doors will automatically open. On restoration of Power Supply lift doors will close and lift will travel to your floor.
⦁ In case of Emergency, Press the Ring bell button on panel.
⦁ Press the call button gently; Press the button corresponding to your travel direction only.
⦁ Indicator in the button shows your call is registered. No need to repeatedly press the buttons.
⦁ Stay clear from the doors.
⦁ Do not step in until lift has stopped at landing and doors have opened fully.
⦁ Children should be accompanied by an adult.
⦁ Do not hold lift at floors for a long time; other resident might be waiting for it.
⦁ In case of lift Malfunction, Do not try to force open the doors or climb out. Press alarm button and stay inside until help arrives.
⦁ Please do not smoke inside the lift car.
⦁ Please do not use the lift for heavy and oversized materials.
⦁ You are requested to hold the hand rail while travelling in the lift.
⦁ You are under CCTV surveillance.
⦁ Do not write inside the lift. If anybody found writing, a penalty of Rs.2500/- will be imposed.
⦁ For any minor damages to the lift penalty will be imposed of Rs.10000/-.
⦁ For major damages to the lift the person will be responsible for repair of the damage lift. Additionally penalty of Rs.20000/- will be imposed on him/her.
⦁ Do not use elevator in case of Fire and Earthquake.
