Pets Policy Guidelines

Pets Registration:

All pets must be registered with the management office.

Leash and Control:

Pets must always be on a leash or in a carrier when in common areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, etc.).
Pets should be under control and not pose a danger or nuisance to other residents.

Waste Disposal:

Pet owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets in common areas. Dispose of pet waste in designated bins.

Noise Control:

Ensure that pets do not disturb the peace and quiet of the community. Repeated noise complaints may result in further action.

Pet Health:

Pets must be vaccinated and kept in good health. Regular veterinary care is recommended to prevent any health issues that could affect the community.

Restricted Areas:

Pets are not allowed in certain designated areas such as swimming pools, gym, and play areas. Please respect these restrictions.

Handling Aggressive Pets:

Pets that show aggressive behavior may be asked to leave the community. This is to ensure the safety of all residents.

Benefits of the Pet Policy:

Community Harmony: Clear guidelines help ensure a peaceful environment for both pet owners and non-pet owners.

Health and Safety:

Regular care and control prevent potential health risks and accidents.

Cleanliness:

Proper waste management keeps the surroundings clean and hygienic for everyone.
